Confirmation
Vietnam Odyssey will respond to your order and/or question as soon as possible (normally 1-2 business days). Unless the company receives your confirmation, your booking is not confirmed. A voucher will be issued to you after the confirmation.
Warranty
Depending on different hotels, you may be required to deposit or provide Vietnam Odyssey with your credit card information. For tour booking, a deposit of 40% of total price is required and paid at least 10 days before the tour starts. The company will send you a credit card authorization form. To valid the warranty, you need to fill out the form and return it to the company by email.
Payment
Your payment will be made either by cash, credit card, wire transfer, or traveler checks. Except for cash payment, you may have to pay bank fees.

Cancellation & Refund
Vietnam Odyssey’s partners may require your compensation when you cancel the service with us. After receiving your reason of cancellation, Vietnam Odyssey will HELP you cancel your case which may depend on the service you use, the reason you cancel, and the season you book. For unused services, Vietnam Odyssey will REFUND to you all or a part of your payment according to the agreement made by you and the company. You may be required to pay bank fees if the process of refunding requires the bank’s services.
